Terms of Service

Effective date: June 6, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Elevot, a social app for temporary rooms, drops, profiles, messaging, and real moments. By using Elevot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use Elevot under the laws of your country or region. If you use Elevot on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login information secure. You must provide accurate account information, must not impersonate others, and must not create accounts for abuse, spam, evasion, harassment, or platform manipulation.

3. User content

Elevot allows users to create rooms, share drops, upload photos and videos, write captions, send messages, and interact with other users. You keep ownership of content you create, but you grant Elevot a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, process, transmit, moderate, remove, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, protect, improve, and provide the service.

You are responsible for the content you upload, send, or share and for making sure you have the right to use it.

4. Content rules

You may not post, send, upload, share, or promote content that:

5. Copyright, music, and intellectual property

You may only upload, share, or make available content that you own or have the legal right to use. This includes photos, videos, music, audio, artwork, logos, trademarks, names, likenesses, captions, and any other protected material.

Elevot does not grant you any license to use third-party music, audio, images, videos, brands, or other protected content. Any music, sound, or third-party media captured in a photo or video remains your responsibility unless Elevot expressly provides that content through an officially licensed feature.

Elevot may remove, restrict, mute, disable access to, preserve, or report content when we believe it may infringe rights, violate these Terms, create legal risk, harm users, or interfere with the operation of the service.

If you believe content on Elevot infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, contact getelevot@gmail.com with enough information for us to identify the content, the rights you claim, your contact information, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorized.

6. Rooms, drops, messages, and visibility

Rooms, drops, profiles, and messages may have different visibility, access, and time-limit settings. You are responsible for understanding where you share content and who may be able to see it. Elevot may change, restrict, or remove visibility, access, or participation options as the product develops or for safety and operational reasons.

7. Reports, blocking, and moderation

Users may report content, rooms, accounts, or conversations and may block other users. Elevot may review reports and may remove content, restrict features, limit visibility, disable rooms, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or take other moderation actions when needed for safety, legal compliance, service integrity, or enforcement of these Terms.

We may not disclose every moderation signal, decision reason, or safety method, especially where disclosure could create risk, enable abuse, or compromise security.

8. Prohibited behavior

You agree not to:

9. Account deletion

You may request account deletion through the app or through the instructions on our Delete Account page. Account deletion may include a pending period during which normal app access may be restricted and deletion may be cancellable from the app. After the pending period ends, Elevot may finalize deletion by disabling login, anonymizing account/profile identifiers, deleting or disconnecting account/session/device records, removing or soft-deleting user content, and retaining limited records only where needed for safety, moderation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, backups, or legitimate operational needs.

10. Service changes and availability

Elevot is an evolving product and may include private, early, experimental, or changing features. We may modify, limit, suspend, discontinue, or remove features, content, rooms, messages, accounts, or access at any time where reasonably needed to operate, protect, or improve the service.

11. No guarantees

Elevot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, available in every location, or free from content posted by other users.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Elevot changes. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, or other reasonable means. Continued use of Elevot after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Contact

For support, safety, rights, or legal questions, contact getelevot@gmail.com.

Elevot may take action to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, and maintain the safety and integrity of the service.
